Well, that was an interesting interlude! Now we're back on the road again, headed for Shreveport with no more stops. I have my tea cup plugged in and you can tell it's mine because of the pretty red beads, which remain faithfully attached, and have for years!

It's
2:15 pm and we're only 19 miles from Shreveport! We have to drive
about five miles once we get on base. We hope to take a long walk today. It will be six
days already since we left home (our other home.)
OK, now we're getting someplace!

Wow, that m&m photo is amazing! I did a paid diet study once, and after an educational session they provided me several snacks, one of which was m&m's. They were watching from behind the glass to see if I chose the m&m's or the healthy snack :( I think I had some of both!!!! Hey, that plug in coffee cup is pretty cool, too!
